We bring order and assurance to chaotic situations.
A storm, flood, or fire disaster does not work with you on your schedule. More often than not it hits you when you least expect it. A fire in your home or business can destroy your livelihood, your home and your quality of life. Mold can be detrimental to your health and can spread like wildfire through any residential or commercial building. Working with professionals in these trying times can make all the difference.
What To Do After A Disaster?
After calling your insurance agent, the next call should be to Disaster One.
While a Disaster One team is on its way, make sure the affected building is safe. Limit movement after a fire or water damage as some structures can become unstable. The key to limiting fire and water damage is speed. Emergency services within the first 24 hours after a fire has been put out or a flood happens can stop damage from spreading, stabilize your building structures and result in a more efficient, affordable restoration process.

Kids Making It
Kids Making It is a nationally recognized 501(c)(3) nonprofit youth program, teaching woodworking, life and entrepreneurial skills to at-risk youth from age 8 into young adulthood. Their goal is for our KMI youth to stay out of trouble, stay in school, graduate and go on to the workforce or college, thereby maturing into successful adults.
We proudly support this organization with awareness and funds raised through Disaster One’s annual Fall Back By the Sea event.
